! This model, with help of optional terminal, provides the frequency independent module of impedance across the whole frequency range. It gives a unique opportunity for coordinated work with various amp models, that have different damping coefficients

Compatibility is provided with all transistor and tube amplifiers, which have equivalent output impedance not more than 16 Ohms. That means that for R-1s loudspeaker the damping factor of such amplifier is at 0,5. For 8-Ohms loudspeakers, amplifier with such output impedance will have damping coefficient that equal to 0.25. Therefore, R-1s provides an agreed operation with amplifiers that have any damping coefficient from 0.25 to as high as possible.

Known models of vintage and modern tube amplifiers have 2,7 ...to 8 damping factor for 8-Ohm speakers .
Thus, R-1 is agreed with a variety of amplifier models, without any coordinating elements. Besides, this model operates without any loss of volume when working with transistor amplifiers, because R-1 don`t need any termination resistor, unlike our other loudspeakers.

Toning of veneer adds 10% to 20% to the price, depending on the type of tint. (possibility of toning is discussed when ordering).

Grills raise the price of loudspeaker by 6300 roubles.
